Job Position -2 Creative and Digital Marketing Supervisor
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:More than 5 years of progressive experience in graphic design, content creation, digital marketing, and video production.
Proven experience managing and leading a team.
Strong portfolio showing design, video and digital campaign work.
Good knowledge of both digital and traditional marketing.
Design tools: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, Figma, or similar.
Video tools: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar.
Digital marketing tools: Meta Business Suite and Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media schedulers, and email marketing platforms.
AI for marketing: hands-on experience using AI tools for content, design, video, and campaign optimization.
Website skills: experience with WordPress, Shopify, Wix, or similar platforms; basic HTML/CSS and SEO knowledge.
Skilled in camera operation, lighting, and sound for professional-quality shooting.
Excellent communication in English and Amharic (other languages are an advantage).
Creative, detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently under deadlines.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Media and Communication, or a related field.
Preferred
Experience working in a marketing or creative agency.
Experience in the coffee, restaurant, cafe, or food and beverage industry.
Knowledge of the Ethiopian market and coffee culture.
Job Position -3 Marketing Officer
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management (other fields will not be considered).
Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience in a marketing role.
Proven experience in both digital and traditional marketing.
Good knowledge of marketing coordination, campaign planning, branding, and event management.
Working knowledge of social media management, content creation, and basic analytics tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Amharic (other languages are an advantage).
Strong attention to detail, with good organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently, takes initiative, and manages multiple tasks and deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); basic design tools such as Canva are an advantage.
Photography and graphics skills are Bonuses.
