Job Position -Building Accountant and Property Manager
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Management, or a related field.
Demonstrated experience in accounting and property management.
Essential: familiarity with ERCA requirements and tax-compliance procedures.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work as a generalist, manage multiple responsibilities, and adapt to changing priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, manage, and file monthly VAT returns in compliance with applicable ERCA requirements.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software.
Oversee the daily operations of the building, including tenant communication and rent collection.
Coordinate building maintenance, repairs, and related service requirements.
Provide administrative support and assist with project-based tasks related to launching new business ventures during periods of lower workload.
Adapt to changing priorities and undertake other relevant duties as assigned.
