Job Position -Marketing Officer
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in marketing, preferably in service industries.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and promotional techniques.Good written and spoken English and Amharic.
Creative, proactive, organized, and results-oriented.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and attract new patients.
Identify and develop corporate partnerships with companies, insurance providers, and other institutions.
Manage promotional campaigns, digital marketing, and social media activities.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs and marketing opportunities.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, referral partners, and key stakeholders.
Prepare marketing materials, proposals, and performance reports.
Monitor marketing activities and recommend improvements to increase patient acquisition and retention
