Job Position -1 Marketing Officer
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:BA degree in Marketing Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience in marketing or business development
Experience in a security services company is required
Required Skills and Competencies
Proven record of winning new clients and achieving sales targets
Strong knowledge of the security services market in Ethiopia
Experience in proposal writing and tender/bid preparation
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Good command of Amharic and English; computer proficiency (MS Office)
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently
Driving license is an advantage

Job Position -2 Office Manager (Reception)
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:BA degree in Office Management, Secretarial Science and Office Administration, Management, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in reception, secretarial, or office administration
Gender: Female
Required Skills and Competencies
Strong computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, email, internet)
Excellent spoken and written Amharic and English
Professional appearance, good manners, and strong customer service attitude
Well organized, able to multitask and keep confidential information Punctual, reliable, and able to work under pressure
