Job Position -1 Case Management Officer
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree or Masters in Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, Social Sciences or a related field.
At least 3 years for Master’s Degree and 5 years for BA degree of NGO experience in protection, GBV/child protection case management or social services.
Training and practical knowledge in survivor-centred case management, confidentiality, safe referrals and safeguarding are highly desirable.
Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, sound judgment, documentation skills and respect for confidentiality.
Maintain regular communication and coordination with relevant woreda authorities, local humanitarian partners and coordination forums
Job Position -2 Field-Level Cashier
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
A minimum of five years relevant experience in cash handling, payment processing, bookkeeping or finance support; NGO experience is an advantage.
Good numerical, record-keeping and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
Integrity, confidentiality and the ability to follow financial controls and work under pressure.
Basic computer skills; familiarity with accounting or spreadsheet applications is an advantage.
Job Position -3 Regional Coordinator
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree or Master’s Degree in Development Studies, Economics, Gender, Agriculture, Water/WASH, Social Sciences, Humanitarian Affairs or a related field.
At least 5 years for BA degree and 3 years for Master’s Degree of NGO experience in humanitarian or development programming, including field coordination or project management.
Experience coordinating multi-sector projects and liaising with government authorities, humanitarian partners and community structures.
Strong planning, team coordination, monitoring, report-writing and problem-solving skills.
Ability and willingness to travel regularly to project locations; strong communication and computer skills.
Fluency in both written and spoken English and Amharic.
Duty station: Bahir Dar, Amhara Region
Job Position -4 Livelihood Officer
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree or Maters Degree in Agriculture, Plant Science, Animal Science, gender, Rural Development or a related field.
At least 3 years for Masters and 5 years for Bachelor Degree of NGO experience in agricultural/livelihood programming; humanitarian experience is an advantage.
Knowledge of agricultural input distribution, CSA, livestock support, beneficiary targeting and field monitoring.
Good communication, documentation and reporting skills, and ability to work with rural communities.
Fluency in both written and spoken English and Amharic.
