Job Position -Junior Architectural Designer
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:e: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture or a related discipline, with 0–5 years of relevant experience. Strong fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Software Skills:
Proficiency in AutoCAD and practical working knowledge of Revit (including basic architectural modelling, view setup, and drawing production).
Ability to use Rhino for basic 3D modelling and design studies.
Technical Competencies: Good architectural drawing, drafting, and spatial understanding skills, with a basic knowledge of building construction and detailing.
Soft Skills & Attributes: Attention to detail, willingness to learn, and the ability to revise drawings accurately and promptly based on feedback; good teamwork skills.
Language Proficiency: Basic English reading and communication skills.
Added Advantage: Familiarity with Enscape, Lumion, Twinmotion, D5 Render, or Adobe Creative Suite.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist senior designers with architectural concept design, design development, and construction documentation.
Use AutoCAD, Revit, and Rhino to prepare drawings, architectural models, and design presentations.
Assist in preparing plans, elevations, sections, architectural details, and design notes.
Revise drawings and models in response to review comments and check consistency across design documents.
Support multidisciplinary coordination, site information compilation, and document revision control.
