Job Position-1 Center Director
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Medical Doctor (General Practitioner / GP) degree from a recognized institution
Having a Certificate of training on Aesthetics and anti-aging from recognized training center is a plus
Proven leadership, clinical coordination, or managerial experience in a healthcare, clinical, or academic training environment.
Strongly Preferred: Demonstrated ability to prepare comprehensive medical/aesthetic training manuals, clinical guidelines, course outlines, and lesson plans focused on aesthetic and anti-aging medicine. Also, Experience on Teaching/ training provision
Exceptional clinical judgment, Client safety focus, and good communication skills.

Job Position-2 Marketing and Business Development Head
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:BA/MSc in Marketing Management, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Communications, or a related field. Experience & Skills:Proven experience (minimum 3–5 years) in marketing, business development, or sales leadership, preferably in medical services, aesthetics, wellness, or training/educational institutions.
Deep understanding of social media marketing, lead generation, and brand positioning in Addis Ababa.
Strong negotiation, strategic networking, external relation and presentation skills.
Passion for the aesthetic, cosmetic, and wellness industries.
