Job Position-1 Account Manager Intern

Job Position-2 Solution Architect SA
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree or higher in communications, electronics, computer science, or related fields (with graduation certificate and degree certificate)
Over 8 years of experience in the telecommunications or IT industry
Proficient in English language skills
Be able to understand customer requirements and adjust customized solutions based on customer requirements.
Be familiar with the project delivery process.
Have technical management capabilities and be familiar with service fault locating and customer complaint handling.
Have basic knowledge about the core network and wireless network. Be familiar with the customer’s O&M network architecture. Have general knowledge of the network architecture, service processes, and skills related to the core network and wireless network.
Professional knowledge requirements:
Have professional knowledge in wireless network planning and optimization, core network, and datacom. Rich experience in engineering, maintenance, or data mining in the mobile communications field.
Have general knowledge of carriers’ basic O&M architecture and basic database knowledge.
Have good customer communication and requirement guidance capabilities.
Have a good command of the end-to-end service processing process and have a proficient command of the wireless communications network architecture.
Have a basic command of CS or PS services and signaling procedures.
Job Position-3 Accounts Receivable
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance or a related field.
Experience in accounts receivable, billing, or collections is preferred. A strong willingness to learn is essential.
Basic understanding of invoices, payments, reconciliations, and accounting records.
Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A professional, polite, and customer-focused approach when communicating with customers.
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly and maintain data privacy.

Required Qualification and Experience

5+ years of working experience in telecommunication-related industries; working with mobile/fixed operators & Vendors. Typically working in presales / strategy or marketing areas. Mobile/fixed operators experience is preferred.
Excellent communication skills in English & French, both verbal and writing.
Excellent team spirit with good communications and interpersonal skills, able to work well in a fast-paced changing and multi-cultures.
