Job Position -1Graduate Trainee (Technology / Software Development)
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
Experience:No prior professional experience is required.
Academic projects, internships, or personal software development projects are an advantage.
Technical Competencies
Basic knowledge of programming, preferably Python.
Understanding of web development fundamentals and REST APIs.
Basic familiarity with SQL, relational databases, and Git.
Exposure to FastAPI, PostgreSQL, React, or JavaScript is an advantage.
Basic understanding of software testing, debugging, and problem-solving.
Job Position -2 Business Development & Partnerships Lead
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Information Technology, or a related field. A postgraduate qualification is an added advantage.
At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in B2B sales, business development, or commercial management, with demonstrable responsibility for revenue generation and closing deals.
Experience in technology-related industries, particularly SaaS, ERP, fintech, digital payments, hospitality technology, or other business software solutions, is strongly preferred.
Proven ability to build a sales pipeline, acquire customers, negotiate commercial agreements, and convert opportunities into revenue.
Experience developing strategic partnerships with corporate clients, financial institutions, or technology ecosystem stakeholders is an advantage.
Required Skills and Competencies
Strong business development, negotiation, persuasion, and deal-closing skills.
Ability to understand technology products and demonstrate their business value to non-technical customers.
Excellent communication, presentation, networking, and relationship-management skills.
Strong commercial awareness and a results-oriented approach to achieving targets.
Ability to work independently, prioritize opportunities, and manage multiple customer relationships.
Strong planning, reporting, follow-up, and pipeline management capabilities.
Fluency in Amharic and English, with the ability to communicate confidently with business owners and senior decision-makers.
A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, early-stage business environment.
