Required Qualification and Experience
Education:BSc in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution
Minimum 0–1 / years of relevant experience (fresh graduates with strong academic performance may be considered
Basic knowledge of disability, child development, and rehabilitation approaches
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work sensitively with children, families, and caregivers
Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team
Willingness to conduct home and community visits
Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel) for documentation and reporting
Desirable Qualities
Experience working with children with severe multiple disabilities, including autism and physical disabilities
Experience in an NGO or community-based rehabilitation setting
Fluency in Amharic and English language
Commitment to child safeguarding and inclusive, rights-based approaches
