Job Position-Senior Sales Representative
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Sales , Marketing , Business or a related field is preferred.
Experience: Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in the fitness or Machinery sales .
Skills:
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
Proficiency in using CRM and ERP systems.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
Problem-solving and customer service skills.
Working Conditions
This position is primarily field-based, requiring frequent travel to customer locations.
Must be willing to travel to cities outside of Addis Ababa.
May require working extra hours, including evenings or weekends, to meet targets or attend events.
Must be willing to relocate based on business needs.
