Job Position- General Manager
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: BA or MA degree in Management or related fields of study.
Work Experience:5 years and above in a customs clearing or forwarding company managerial position.
Age Requirement: Below 40 years.
Additional License/Certification: must be licensed with customs certification.
Duties and Responsibilities
Lead and control subordinates.
Visit operational sites and solve problems.
Conduct assessments for new markets.
Bring innovative ideas to the company.
Possess the capacity to prepare strategic plans.
Facilitate and provide training and support for new and existing staff.
Monitor and follow up on the company’s financial status.
Requirement Skill
