Job Position 1 – Accountant
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: BA in Accounting & Finance
Experience: Minimum of 5 years
Proficiency in written and spoken English required. Proficiency in other local languages is preferred.
Willingness and ability to travel in Ethiopia.
Ability to work under pressure and effectively manage multiple tasks.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Exhibits strong organizational skills.

Major duties and responsibilities
Reports all financial and accounting transactions of the firm in ledger cards
Checks the authenticity of supporting documents and prepares payment vouchers and other necessary forms.
Records daily cash payments and cash receipts, consolidates the accounts and up on approval posts on ledger cards.
Prepares payroll; checks the correctness of payroll calculations; prepares journal vouchers and submits for approval.
Collect all bank statement per month to countercheck with financial reports.
Prepare and approve all financial reports.
Separately holds all accounts in fund accounting system per program and donor.
Prepare cheques for payment and facilitate the withdrawing of money from the bank.
Perform other duties as assigned by his immediate supervisor
Job Position 2 – IT and Communication Officer
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:BA Degree in IT, Communications, Media and Journalism
Experience:3 – 5 years of experience in in public relations, journalism, international relations, media relations, IT
Proficiency in written and spoken English required. Proficiency in other local languages is preferred.
Willingness and ability to travel in Ethiopia.
Ability to work under pressure and effectively manage multiple tasks.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Exhibits strong organizational skills.
Communicates clearly, politely, and effectively.
Demonstrates excellent time-management skills.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with evidence of being able to work under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
Ability to create multimedia content, including Web Page .

Promote humane and rehabilitative prison environments that align with efforts for environmental sustainability/ Green prison/,
Provide legal aid services to the poor, women and other groups living in vulnerable situations to increase access to legal aid and assistance,
Strengthen the work of correction and rehabilitation of prisoners, reintegration of prisoners to the community after serving their time in prison,
Promoting non-custodial methods of punishment
Monitor human rights in prisons and detention facilities, assist police detention facilities and prisons in adhering to relevant international human rights standards and promote democracy and peace.
Run practical human rights programmes that enhance protection of prisoners ‘ rights and support reforms that accelerating crime prevention, criminal justice and the rule of law
Enhance protection of human rights, the rule of law and the status of peace and an improved justice system
