Required Qualification and Experience
Education:BA or MA or MBA degree in Business Management or Public Administration or BSc in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical or Industrial Engineering.
Experience:12 years for BA/BSc degree and 10 years for MA/MSc Degree relevant work experience out of which at least 6 years in supervisory/managerial position.

Education:BSc Degree or TVET level Certification in Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering or a related field.
Candidates with training in Operation & Troubleshooting of IS machines, Quality Assurance & Defect Detection, Workplace Safety & Emergency Response, and Leadership & Team Management are preferred.
A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience out of which 2 years as a supervisor in Machine operation & continuous production line supervision, Industrial process optimization and Maintenance & quality systems management.

Job position 3-Manager – Batch & Furnace

Required Qualification and Experience
Education:BSc Degree or TVET Level Certification in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Candidates with additional training in Furnace Operation & Maintenance, Glass Chemistry & Defect Analysis, Energy Management, and Fire Safety & Emergency Procedures are preferred.
Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience out of which 2 years as a supervisor in manufacturing industry preferably in batch and melting operations, thermal process control, refractory maintenance, and furnace design & operation.
