Job Position 2 – Senior Banking Business Officer

Required Qualification and work experienceBA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting or other business-related fields with 3 years of banking operation experience respectively of which 2 years as branch banking Officer.

Sales and Marketing
Customer Experience
IFB product Knowledge
Problem Identification and solution
Language: Knowledge of local language is advantageous

Job Position 3 – Branch Manager

Required  qualification and work experience
Education: BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting or other business-related fields with 5 years of banking operation experience of which 2 years as senior officer/customer service manager or equivalent role in branch banking area.

Negotiation skill.
Knowledge of core banking applications
Knowledge of IFB is advantageous

Job Position 4 – Digital Marketing Officer

Required  qualification and work experience
Education: B.A Degree in Marketing Management, Digital Marketing, Economics, Management, Accounting or other Business-related fields with 2 years of relevant experience.
Location: Addis Ababa, Head office

Job Position 5 – General Maintenence

Required Qualification and work experience
Education: Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field.
Proven experience 3 years for Diploma & 1 year for Degree in maintaining and repairing generators and inverter systems.
Strong knowledge of diesel/petrol generator mechanics, inverter technologies, and battery system.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and electrical diagrams.
Skilled in using diagnostic tools, multimeters, and maintenance software (if applicable).
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Excellent time management and ability to work independently or in a team.
Location: Head Office
Knowledge of IFB is advantageous
Salary: As per the Bank’s scale and attractive benefit package.
