Job Position-1Junior Mechanic (Hawassa Plant)
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:The position requires a minimum of BSC degree Mechanical/Electromechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering or General Mechanics or Industrial/ Manufacturing Technology or related field of studies.
Minimum 0-1 years’ experience.
Technical skill in mechanical hand tools use and interpretation of technical drawings.
Troubleshooting of mechanical equipment through diagnosis.
Teamwork and communication skill.
Good English writing/reading/listening/speaking.
Good understanding of safety procedures and standards

Required Qualification and Experience
Education:The position requires a minimum of BSC Degree in Electrical Engineering/Mechanical Engineering/Industrial Engineering/Electricity or Electronic Engineering/Chemistry/chemical engineering/Food science
0-1 years’ experience.
Ability to manage well under pressure while staying true to the company values.
Strong work ethic and willingness to take on any task.
Demonstrated team player.
Reliable and punctual – must adhere to attendance and absenteeism policy.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize work while multitasking.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to receive regular feedback and act upon it accordingly.
Demonstrated drive for learning and teaching/sharing best practices with others
Basic use of PC skills such as MS office, excel, word, and email.
