MIDROC Gold Mine PLC is inviting qualified, motivated, and competent recent graduates to apply for its Trainee Program across 14 professional fields.

Available Positions:
Mining Engineering, Geology, Mineral Processing & Metallurgy, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering/Technology, Auto Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Safety Engineering, Human Resources, Accounting, Chemistry, Surveying Engineering, IT and Environmental Engineering.

Qualification Requirements:
BSc degree in the relevant field of study, with graduation between 2024 and 2026.
Minimum CGPA: 3.50 for male candidates and 3.25 for female candidates.
Workplace: MIDROC Gold Mine project sites at Metekel or Golol.

Application Deadline: Within 7 consecutive working days from the announcement date.

Application Submission: Qualified applicants should submit their applications and supporting documents to the Human Resources Division at the Lega Dembi/Shakiso Office or the Addis Ababa Administration and General Service Office.
