Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: Not Required/fresh graduates with strong practical skills are welcome.
Basic knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office, hardware, networking, SQL/databases, and programming.
Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics NAV/ERP is an advantage.
Good troubleshooting, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to learn and develop across different areas of IT.

Position 2 – Senior IT System Support /ERP Support & Customization
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
4 years of Microsoft Dynamics NAV support experience.
Practical experience in NAV configuration, customization, reporting, and troubleshooting.
Good understanding of NAV modules and business processes.
Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central certification is preferred.
SQL Server/database knowledge is an advantage.
Note: The role focuses primarily on NAV support, configuration, reporting, testing, and minor customization, rather than major software development.

JOB PURPOSE
We are seeking a Microsoft Dynamics NAV Support Specialist to provide functional and technical support across Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Sales, and other NAV modules.
KEY RESPOSIBILITIES
Provide NAV user support and troubleshoot system issues.
Configure NAV according to approved business requirements.
Perform minor customizations, report development, and system testing.
Support NAV workflows, business processes, inventory costing, and procurement improvements.
Maintain system documentation and support user training.
Coordinate major changes and development activities with the Applications Supervisor and external developers.
