Job Position-1 Export Manager
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:BSc, Master’s degree in Marketing, International Business, Economics, or a related field.
Experience: A minimum of 6–10 years of experience in the export sector, specifically within the Ethiopian coffee or commodities industry. At least 3 years must be in a senior managerial or supervisory capacity.
Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of the global coffee value chain, specialty coffee grading (Q-grading), and international trade regulations and digital marketing technologies.
Skills: Proficiency in using CRM systems, social media analytics tools, and market intelligence applications.
Job Position-2 Senior HR and General Services Officer
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 3–5 years of professional experience in HR and General Services, preferably within the manufacturing or export sector in Ethiopia.
Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Ethiopian Labor Proclamation and current trends in administrative management.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in HR Information Systems (HRIS), Microsoft Office Suite (advanced Excel), and fleet management tracking tools.
Job Position-3Chief Operations Officer (COO)
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Agriculture, or Economics or a related field.
Experience: 10+ years in executive operations, specifically within the Ethiopian Coffee Export sector.
Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of the ECX (Ethiopia Commodity Exchange) or the “Vertical Integration” (Direct Export) model.
Sensory Knowledge: Familiarity with SCA cupping protocols
Certifications: Q-Grader certification is a significant advantage.
Regulatory Savvy: Expert knowledge of Ethiopian export laws, FX regulations, and international shipping (Incoterms 2020).
Communication: Native-level Amharic and professional fluency in English. Knowledge of Oromiffa or other regional languages is a significant advantage and asset for field operations
