Job Position-1 Marketing and Sales Expert
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Management, Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field.
Experience:Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience in marketing and sales.
Experience in FMCG, bottled water manufacturing, or similar business sectors will be an added advantage.
Required Competencies
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Excellent market analysis and customer relationship management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and Digital Marketing Tools.
Good communication skills in both Amharic and English.
Results-oriented, accountable, and possessing high ethical standards and professional integrity.

Job Position-2Marketing and Sales Department Manager
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Management, Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field.
MBA or Master’s Degree is an added advantage.
Experience:Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing and sales.
At least 4 years in a managerial position.
Experience in FMCG, bottled water manufacturing, or similar industries is highly preferred.
Required Competencies
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools.
Good command of both Amharic and English.
