Job Position-Call Operator
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Diploma or Degree in any field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office).
Strong customer service orientation.
Previous call center or customer service experience is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and manage incoming calls professionally.
Provide accurate information and respond to customer inquiries.
Record and update customer information in the system.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department
Maintain high standards of customer service and communication
