Job Position-Junior Sales Officer
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:degree in BA/BSC
Strong communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with a variety of stakeholders.
About the Job
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Address their queries, concerns, and provide excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Offer accurate and up-to-date information about the organization, its services, products, or events. Stay informed about relevant updates and changes to ensure the information provided is current.
Support the sales team in the entire sales process, including preparing sales presentations, proposals, and quotations. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services to clients.
Assist in maintaining sales records, preparing sales reports, and analyzing data to evaluate sales performance. Provide insights to the sales team for continuous improvement.
Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company’s products and services to effectively communicate their value propositions to potential clients.
Handle various customer inquiries and handle administrative tasks related to the sales process.
Also performs related duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
