Job Position-1 Finance Manager
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in accounting, administration, operations, or management.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.
Good understanding of Ethiopian tax and business regulations.
Experience with accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
Professional attitude, accountability, and strong time management skills.
Job Position-2 marketer and sales
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s Degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Sales, Communication, or a related field.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Confident personality with excellent interpersonal abilities.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
Good understanding of customer needs and business communication.
Ability to explain services clearly and professionally.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing, websites, technology, or business solutions is preferred.
Experience in sales, marketing, customer relations, or business development is an advantage.
Good organizational skills and ability to follow up consistently.
Professional attitude, discipline, and willingness to learn.
Job Position-3Senior YouTube Video Editor
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Film Production, Media, Communication, Multimedia, Design, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
2–3+ years of professional experience in video editing.
Strong experience editing YouTube videos or digital media content.
Expert-level knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and/or DaVinci Resolve.
Strong knowledge of After Effects is an advantage.
Deep understanding of YouTube content structure, audience retention, pacing, and storytelling.
Ability to edit both long-form and short-form content professionally.
Strong sense of timing, rhythm, sound design, and visual storytelling.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with a creative team.
Portfolio of YouTube videos or digital content work is required.
