Job Position–General Manager – Gold Mining
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Geology, Mining Engineering, Geological Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, or a related discipline.
A Master’s degree in Geology, Mining Engineering, Business Administration (MBA), Project Management, or a related field is highly desirable.
Professional certifications in Mining Management, Project Management, or Business Leadership are an added advantage.
Experience:Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in the mining industry.
At least 7 years of experience in a senior leadership position such as General Manager, Mine Manager, Operations Manager, or Mining Project Director.
Mandatory experience in gold exploration, geological evaluation, mineral resource estimation, and gold mining operations.
Experience managing multidisciplinary teams in remote or challenging operational environments.
