Job Position-1Customer Service Officer- Maker/Checker for Nekemte District
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor Degree in a business related field e.g. Marketing Management, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, Information Technology or any other equivalent fields
Experience
Two (2) years of relevant experience
Functional/Technical Competencies
Understands the basic mechanisms of general financial products and services.
Good knowledge of Bank’s accounting and procedures.
Ability to respond to basic client enquiries and instructions and the capability of advising and resolving most issues and requests.
Excellent command of Microsoft Office and good command of the core banking system.

Job Position-2 Continuous Improvement Specialist for Addis Ababa
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing Management, Management or related discipline.
Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing Management, Management is an added advantage.
Experience:Minimum of six (6) years relevant experience
Functional/Technical Competencies
Problem solving: Ability to identify, analyse, and resolve issues, challenges, or bottlenecks in improvement initiatives in an effective and organized manner. It requires critical thinking, analytical capability, creativity, and effective decision-making skills.
Data analysis and interpretation: ability to collect, process, and analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform decision making and drive process improvements
Process improvement frameworks knowledge: Knowledge of methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen to drive continuous improvement efforts.
Root cause analysis: ability to systematically identify the underlying reasons behind problems or issues within the Bank, allowing for targeted and effective solutions to be developed.
