Job Position-1 Senior Finance Officer
Required Qualification And Experience
Education:Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or SACCO operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, financial reporting, taxation, and budgeting.
• Experience with accounting and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Job Position-2 Senior Credit Analyst
Required Qualification And Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Banking, or a related field.
• Master’s degree or professional certification
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in credit analysis, lending, risk management,
• Experience analyzing corporate, SME, and/or retail credit portfolios.
Required Skills and Competencies
• Strong financial statement analysis and credit appraisal skills.
• Knowledge of lending principles, risk assessment techniques, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong report-writing and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to make sound judgments under pressure.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• High level of integrity and attention to detail.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Quality and accuracy of credit analysis reports.
• Timeliness of credit assessment and recommendations.
• Portfolio quality and non-performing loan (NPL) levels.
• Compliance with credit policies and regulatory requirements.
• Effectiveness of risk identification and mitigation.
• Contribution to portfolio growth while maintaining acceptable risk levels.
