Job Position-Sales & Marketing Manager
Required Qualification And Experience
Education:Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Marketing Management, Business Administration, Management, Economics, International Business, or other related fields.
A Master’s Degree (MBA or equivalent) is highly preferred.
Experience
Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in Sales and Marketing, preferably within the FMCG industry.
At least 4 years in a managerial or leadership role.
Proven experience in marketing strategy, brand management, sales management, market development, and distribution management.
Experience managing consumer brands, retail markets, distributors, and commercial teams is highly preferred.
Experience in bottled water, beverages, coffee, food products, or other FMCG sectors is a significant advantage.
