Job Position-1 Cost & Inventory Management
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Cost Accounting, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in cost accounting, inventory management, fixed assets, or related areas.
Experience in engineering, construction, manufacturing, or project-based organizations is preferred.
Strong ERP experience; Odoo experience is highly preferred.
Good knowledge of IFRS and Ethiopian tax regulations.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; Power BI is an advantage.
ACCA, CMA, CPA, or similar professional certification is an advantage.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Job Position-2 Senior Office Engineer
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
5-7 years of experience in engineering or construction project management, including 2–3 years of relevant building construction experience.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, engineering principles, and technical standards.
Experience in project scheduling, budgeting, resource planning, BOQs, payments, and technical reporting.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
Strong communication, leadership, coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in design coordination and working with clients, consultants, and contractors is highly preferred.
Relevant master’s degree, professional certification, or project management certification is an advantage.
