Job Position-5 Hardware Specialist
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:University degree (Bachelor’s or higher) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer/Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline; equivalent proven practical experience may be considered.
Minimum 4–5 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, hardware and network administration or a similar technical role, including at least 2 years with substantial independent responsibility for infrastructure or an equipment fleet.
A substantial part of this experience must have been gained in a medium-to-large industrial or manufacturing operation, an international company, and/or a large international NGO or development organization — that is, in environments with formal IT policies and security standards, enterprise-grade infrastructure, structured procurement, asset management and documentation practices, and professional vendor engagement. Exposure limited to small businesses, retail computer service or informal support settings will not be considered sufficient for this role.
Demonstrated experience across several of the following in a professional environment: endpoint fleet management, network installation and configuration, server/virtualization administration, hardware repair, asset management, vendor and contractor coordination.
Experience supporting multiple or remote sites, or working at industrial, plant or field locations, is a strong advantage given the role’s periodic mining-site deployments.
Certifications (Preferred, Not Required)
CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+ or equivalent.
Microsoft certifications relevant to endpoint and server administration (e.g., MD-102 Endpoint Administrator, Windows Server / Azure hybrid administration tracks).
Cloud fundamentals or networking certifications (e.g., Microsoft AZ-900 / AZ-700, AWS Cloud Practitioner / Advanced Networking) demonstrating hybrid connectivity understanding.
Vendor certifications or training for networking, surveillance or access control equipment (e.g., Ubiquiti, Cisco, MikroTik, Hikvision/Dahua/ZKTeco or similar).

Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Education, or a related field in Social Sciences.
A master’s degree or specialized certifications in PR, communications, or media are highly desirable.
Experience:At least 10-15 years of experience in public relations or communications within the public or private sector.
Proven experience in media relations, stakeholder management, and crisis communication.
