Job Position-Finance Head
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance
Minimum of 5 years’ experience as finance department head
Experience in the healthcare is advantage.
Required Skills
Strong financial management, budgeting, and forecasting skills.
Expertise in financial reporting and analysis.
Sound knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial regulations.
Experience in cash flow management and financial planning.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
High level of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office (particularly Excel), Peachtree and others.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to develop and maintain effective internal control systems.
Experience in audit coordination and compliance management.
Ability to work under pressure, prioritizes tasks, and meets deadlines.
Strategic thinking with the ability to support organizational decision-making through financial insights.
