Job Position-Physiotherapy Clinic Branch Manager
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Degree in Management, Leadership, Marketing Management or related fields from a recognized university
3 years and above work experience
Background experience in Health Sector is advantageous
Key Responsibilities:
Managing technical, operations and Admin issues of the corresponding branch clinic in reference to the strategic plan of the physiotherapy unit
To organize, director and monitor the employees of the corresponding branch
To monitor and facilitate Work process
Forecast potential problems, assess service quality and report timely to physiotherapy director
Manage customer complaints timely and professionally
Execute and follow up individual and departmental performance evaluations as per the plan
Oversee patient appointment schedule and follow up plan
prepare monthly report to physiotherapy Director
Clinical assessment, diagnosis and treatment
Keeping, compiling and Reporting Medical reports
Establish and maintain working area favorable
Ensures work relationships with other health professional
Be caring, compassionate and professional at all time
