Job Position-Partnership & Placement Officer I (FetroAder)
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of experience as a Project Coordinator, with a proven track record of managing timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations.
Sector Background: Prior experience working within non-profit organizations (NGOs) or UN organizations is required.
Program Preference: Experience with Mastercard Foundation programs or other Youth Livelihood and Women Empowerment initiatives is highly desirable.
Technical & Interpersonal Competencies:
Strong understanding of decentralized business models and the food delivery industry.
Expertise in relationship management with local government offices, private entities, and community associations.
Ability to coordinate complex logistics across multiple regional locations.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills to secure long-term partnerships.
Ability to work effectively in inclusive and gender-sensitive environments, particularly with young mothers and school dropouts.
Strong organizational skills to manage the smooth transition from training to active work.
