Job Position-1 Sales Representative
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Passion for software products
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Nice to have
Experience in the same or a related tech. industry.
Knowledge of sales forecasting and pipeline management.
Professional sales certification or training.
Experience with ERP systems such as Odoo, or Microsoft Dynamics.

Job Position-2 HR and Admin. Manager
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
Minimum of 8 years of experience in Human Resources and Administration, including at least 5 years in a managerial role
Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and administrative operations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
Experience in recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and policy implementation
Nice to Have
Master’s degree or MBA
Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, CIPD, PHR, or SPHR)
Experience with HRIS, ERP, or Odoo systems
Strong project management skills
Knowledge of ISO standards or compliance frameworks
Ability to speak multiple languages.
