Job Position-Sales Perfume
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:High School Diploma or Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Prior experience in retail sales, cosmetics, or luxury goods is preferred.
Key Skills:
Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
Excellent persuasive ability and customer-service orientation.
Passion for perfumes and eagerness to learn fragrance families (Floral, Woody, Citrus, Oriental, etc.).
Personal Attributes:
Professional appearance, well-groomed, and friendly demeanor.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Job Purpose
To welcome and assist customers in selecting high-quality perfumes and fragrances tailored to their preferences. The primary goal is to deliver exceptional customer service, build customer loyalty, and achieve the company’s retail sales targets.
