Job Position-IT Manager
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Proven more than Two years’ experience in IT management within the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, cybersecurity, and hotel management systems.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.
PMS, Micro, MC and Sun system management qualifications is mandatory and HCM is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with hotel operations and business goals.
Oversee the management of network infrastructure, servers, hardware, and software systems.
Ensure data security, backup, and disaster recovery plans are in place.
Manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers.
Support and troubleshoot daily IT issues for staff and guests.
Lead IT projects, including system upgrades, integrations, and new technology deployments.
Train staff on new systems and ensure compliance with IT policies.
Monitor and optimize system performance and security protocols.
