Job Position-SHEQ Manager
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 7 years’ Quality Control experience in the beverage industry.
At least 3 years’ experience in a Supervisory or Managerial capacity.
Proven experience in implementing and managing SHEQ systems within a manufacturing environment.
Skills & Competencies Safety, Health, Environment and Quality (SHEQ) Management Systems.
Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Knowledge of local legal and regulatory requirements.
Continuous Improvement methodologies and implementation.
Root Cause Analysis and corrective action management.
Trend Analysis and performance monitoring.
Budgeting and Cost Management.
Capability Development, Coaching and Mentoring.
People Management and Team Leadership.
Systems Thinking and strategic problem-solving.
Results and Action Orientation.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
