Job Position–Finance Manager
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Professional certification in IFRS or an equivalent qualification is an added advantage.
Experience:Minimum of five (5) years of relevant finance and accounting experience, with at least two (2) years in a managerial or supervisory role.
Previous experience in the hospitality, hotel, spa, or service industry is highly desirable.
Required Competencies
Strong knowledge of financial management, budgeting, and financial reporting.
Excellent understanding of Ethiopian tax laws and financial regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel, and accounting software.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
