Job Position–Finance Officer
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Accounting and Finance, Finance, or a related field.
Experience:Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in finance and accounting, preferably within an NGO or donor-funded project.
Required Skills and Competencies
Sound knowledge of accounting principles and financial management.
Experience in budgeting, financial reporting, and grant management.
Good understanding of donor financial compliance requirements.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and accounting software.
