Job Position-1 Cashier Accountant
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience:Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as a Cashier or Cashier Accountant, preferably in a construction or project-based company.
Good knowledge of accounting principles, cash management, and Microsoft Office applications.
Experience with accounting or ERP software is an advantage.
Required Competencies
High integrity and attention to detail.
Strong numerical and organizational skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Position-2 Project Accountant Head
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s or ACCA/CPA is an advantage).
Experience
Minimum 7 years of relevant experience, including 3 years in a senior project accounting role within a construction or engineering company.
Strong knowledge of construction project accounting, cost control, budgeting, subcontract management, and financial reporting.
Experience with ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel.
Required Competencies
Leadership and team management.
Strong analytical and financial reporting skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple construction projects.
