Job Position-1 Senior Accountant
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:MSC/BA Degree in Accounting and Finance or Accounting and other Related Field of study.
Work Experiences:5/7 years and above, from these at least 2 years in Senior positions.
Technical Competency
Track record in managing business organization preferably in Construction industry
Professional certification IFRS, Peachtree Accounting and Tax Accountant
Advanced Excel skills for financial analysis and reporting.

Required Qualification and Experience
Education:MBA/BA Degree in Marketing Management, Business Management and Other Related Field of study. Work Experiences:2/4 years and above, from these at least 2 years in Real Estate leadership and management positions.
Technical Competency Track record in managing business organization preferably in Real estate industry
Strong understanding of real estate laws, regulations, and industry trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
