Job Position-Branch Manager
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:MA/BA in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Economics, Cooperatives, or other related fields with four/six years of relevant work experiences
Professional background in microfinance or banking operations.
Academic preparation in financial services management and client relations.
Education covering credit management and basic accounting…Relevant experience in microfinance or banking operations, preferably at the branch level.
Proven experience working with operational reports, compliance requirements, and client services.
Demonstrated experience in branch leadership, portfolio management, and regulatory compliance.Willingses to work in rural area.
VI. Skill and Competence required:
Microfinance Operations and Branch ProceduresCredit and Savings ManagementAML/KYC and Regulatory ComplianceCustomer
Service and Financial Literac
Basic computer skills and good written and oral communication skills.
