Job Position-1 MEL Database Intern (Female only)

Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in MEAL, Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, or Data Science.
Demonstrated understanding of data management and field research.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism, integrity, and a high level of accuracy.
A letter of recommendation from a university attesting to the candidate’s personal integrity, reliability, and sense of responsibility.
Preferred Attributes:
Strong willingness to learn and develop professional skills with an exceptional eye for detail.Ability to understand SQL fundamentals, including designing basic database tables, defining and managing keys, and writing SQL queries.Basic understanding mobile data collection platforms (KoboToolbox, ODK, or CommCare), data analysis tools (SPSS, Stata/R), familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau), knowledge of NoSQL databases, data pipelines, and cloud-based data repositories (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, BigQuery, and Snowflake) is added valueGood communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Requirement Skill

Job Position-2 Finance Intern

Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Accounting or Accounting & Finance.
Demonstrated understanding of basic accounting principles, bookkeeping practices, and financial procedures.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain accurate records.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism, integrity, and a high level of accuracy.
A letter of recommendation from a university attesting to the candidate’s personal integrity, reliability, and sense of responsibility.

Strong willingness to learn and develop professional skills in finance and accounting.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Position-3 Project Accountant

Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Minimum of first university degree in Accounting or Accounting and Finance.
Experience:Minimum of four (4) years of professional experience in a similar or related position.

Competencies:Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and standards.
Experience in grant and donor fund management.Ability to present financial information clearly to non-finance staff.
Excellent communication and writing skills.Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in English language – both spoken and written.Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint.
