Job Position-Sales and Marketing Manager
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:BA or MA in Marketing, BA or MBA Business Management, Business Administration, Economics, or other related fields.
- 5–10 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a sales and marketing management role.
- Proven experience in sales strategy development, business development, and team leadership.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- Excellent customer relationship management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of market development and sales techniques.
