Accountant
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s Degree (BA) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from a recognized university. (ACCA/CPA progress is an advantage).
Work Experience:Minimum of 4 to 6 years of progressive experience in accounting roles.
Audit Experience:MUST HAVE — Demonstrated hands-on experience in audit facilitation, internal audit, or working directly with external audit firms.
Import/Export Experience: PREFERRED — Prior experience in handling import/export cost build-ups, LC/CAD documentation, and foreign currency accounting is highly preferred.
Technical Skills & Tools
Software: Proficient in accounting software such as Peachtree / Sage or ERP systems (e.g., Odoo, SAP).
Tax Portal: Strong command of Ethiopian Tax Laws (ERCA / Ministry of Revenues) and the e-tax filing portal.
Excel & Standards: Advanced MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, financial modeling) and practical knowledge of IFRS.
Languages & Soft Skills
Attributes:
High integrity, analytical thinking, and meticulous attention to detail.
Languages:Excellent written and spoken Amharic and English.

Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s Degree (BA) in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.Work Experience: Minimum of 2 to 4 years of proven work experience in HR management roles.Legal Knowledge: Solid working knowledge of Ethiopian Labor Law (Labor Proclamation 1156/2019) is required.
Technical Skills & Tools•Software: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software/HRIS platforms.•Reporting: Strong capability in drafting formal corporate letters, memos, and employment contracts.
Languages & Interpersonal
SkillsAttributes:Strong interpersonal skills, sound judgment, conflict resolution abilities, and strict confidentiality.
Languages:Fluent in written and spoken Amharic and English.
