Job Position-Human Resources Development Expert (Re-advert)
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:BA or MA degree in HRM or Management or Business administration or Business management or public administration and development management
5 years for Masters or 7 years for Bachelor in HR administration or development related job positions.
Knowledge:
Knowledge of people aspect of Change management methodologies, approaches and models
Human Resource concepts and application (Ethiopian Labour Law and employment related regulations, HR Policies, procedures, modern practices, approaches and trends)
Knowledge of HR metrics
Know-How (Skills) (Technical competencies):
Know how to perform analysis and interpretation of data
Know how to think strategically and devise long term strategies
Resource allocation skill
Ability to manage time
Relationship building and communication
Persuasion
Behavioral competencies:
Adaptability/ flexibility
Customer orientation
Persistence
Requirement Skill
Communication
Skills in organizing and facilitating training programs
