Job Position-Human Resources Manager
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline is required.
Minimum of eight 8+ years of relevant professional experience in Human Resource Management.
At least three 3 years of experience in a managerial or senior HR leadership position.
Required Skills and Competencies Strong strategic HR management and organizational development skills.
Excellent knowledge of Ethiopian labour laws and employment regulations.
Strong workforce planning, recruitment, and talent management capabilities.
Proficiency in performance management and KPI development.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure the implementation of HR strategies, policies, and plans aligned with the organization’s business objectives.
Lead organizational structure reviews, job analysis, job evaluation, and workforce planning processes.
Review and update HR policies, procedures, employee handbooks, and standard operating procedures.
Advise senior management on HR-related strategic decisions, organizational effectiveness, and workforce matters.
Oversee full cycle recruitment and selection processes for managerial, professional, technical, and operational positions.
Develop annual manpower plans in consultation with departmental heads.
Ensure effective screening, interviewing, and selection of qualified candidates.
Oversee employee onboarding, orientation, probation evaluation, and integration.
Ensure implementation of an effective individual’s performance management system across the organization.
Establish employees Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in collaboration with departmental heads.
Ensure the organization’s HR policies and employment practices comply with applicable Ethiopian labour laws and regulations.
Conduct Training Needs Assessments (TNA) in collaboration with departmental heads.
Develop and implement annual employee training and development plans.
