Job Position-Marketing & Business Development Officer
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:BA degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management or a related field. An engineering or technical background with marketing experience is also welcome.
3–5 years of experience in marketing, sales or business development, preferably B2B, industrial, engineering or agro-industry.
A portfolio of previous work (social media pages, campaigns, content) is required.
JOB SUMMARY
The Marketing & Business Development Officer builds Derban’s visibility and brings in new customers for its machine-building and engineering services. The role focuses first on business development: finding agro-industry and food & beverage clients, making first contact and supporting the sales process. It also covers Derban’s online presence (website and social media) and turns finished projects into case studies that win the next order.
