Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Must have a BA degree or Diploma in Accounting or Finance, No experience required.
Some experience with spreadsheets and automated accounting systems

Job Position-2 Operations & Business Intelligence Analyst
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Management, Statistics, or a related field.
2–4 years of relevant experience in operations analysis, business intelligence, data analysis, performance management, or a related role.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, formulas, data analysis, and dashboards.
Experience with Power BI or another business intelligence/data visualization tool.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to collect, clean, analyze, and interpret operational and business data.
Ability to develop and monitor KPIs and performance dashboards.
Good understanding of business processes and operational efficiency.
Strong report-writing and presentation skills.
Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
Ability to work with large datasets and identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
Experience working with ERP, CRM, HRIS, Power BI, or other business intelligence and enterprise business systems.
Knowledge of AI and automation tools for business analysis.
Job Position-3 Cost Accountant
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Professional certifications such as ACCA, CMA, or CPA are an advantage.
Experience:Minimum of 3 years of experience in Cost Accounting or Management Accounting.
Experience in Logistics, Freight Forwarding, Relocation, or Supply Chain companies is highly preferred.

Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles.

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Experience with Sage 50 or other ERP systems.
