Job Position-1 Training & Capability Development Manager
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Masters Degree in Human Resources Management, Learning and Development, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Education, Industrial Psychology, or a related field.BA Degree in a relevant field with extensive relevant experience may be considered.
Work Experience:8+ years of experience in Learning and Development/Training with minimum 4 years in a managerial role.
Experience in capability development, competency management, LMS, and training program management is required.
Industry experience in hospitality, food manufacturing, coffee, retail or FMCG is preferable.
