Job Position-Storekeeper
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:BSc degree in Accounting & Finance, related Business fields, or equivalent qualification.
Experience:Minimum 3–6 years of experience as a Storekeeper, Stock Controller, or Warehouse Clerk, specifically in the horticulture industry.
Software Literacy:Familiarity with basic inventory management software (e.g., ERP systems, Excel).
Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management: Track inventory levels using digital software or manual logs to prevent shortages.
Stock Reception: Unload, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, label, and safely dispatch items for internal use or customer delivery.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate logs of all inventory movements, damages, and returns.
Space Optimization: Organize storage areas systematically to maximize space and ensure fast item retrieval.
Quality & Safety Control: Keep the store clean and organized while adhering to strict safety protocols.
Inventory Auditing: Conduct regular physical stock counts and resolve system discrepancies.
